General Terms

Autocom Motors LTD specializes in the sale of Japanese imported vehicles, including brands such as Daihatsu, Honda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Subaru, Suzuki, and Toyota. All transactions, purchases, and communications conducted with Autocom Motors LTD must comply with the terms outlined herein. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice, and updates will be reflected on this page.

Vehicle Listings and Pricing

Vehicle listings are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change. Prices listed on our website include applicable import duties unless stated otherwise but may exclude additional fees like registration, delivery, documentation fee and government applicable taxes. A deposit is required to secure the purchase of a vehicle, and this deposit is non-refundable unless Autocom Motors LTD cannot fulfill the order.

Custom Orders

Prior to importing the vehicle chosen by the customer, the dealer will ask for approval and confirmation. Before confirming the vehicle the customer must sign a pre-order agreement. Before bidding the vehicle the dealer will show the customer the proper documentation relating to the vehicle. The quoted price by the dealer will include all costs to bring the vehicle to Canada. After the vehicle has arrived in Canada, any repair costs that appear will be the customers responsibility.

Purchase Agreements

A purchase agreement will be provided outlining the full details of the vehicle, pricing, and payment terms. Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all details before signing the agreement. Payment must be made in full before the vehicle is released to the customer.

Shipping and Delivery

Autocom Motors LTD will facilitate the shipping of vehicles from Japan to your desired location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to shipping schedules or unforeseen delays. Customers are responsible for any additional local fees, such as customs clearance or registration, unless agreed otherwise.

Vehicle Condition and Warranty

All vehicles are inspected prior to listing and meet quality standards for imported vehicles. Vehicles are sold “as is” unless otherwise stated in the purchase agreement. Limited warranties may apply based on the vehicle’s condition, as outlined in the agreement.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of imported vehicles, all sales are considered final. Refunds are only provided in cases where Autocom Motors LTD is unable to deliver the purchased vehicle as agreed.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information collected during transactions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers’ data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

Liabilities

Autocom Motors LTD is not liable for damages, delays, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as shipping delays or customs holds. Customers are encouraged to seek independent advice regarding local regulations for imported vehicles.
